Managing your agents can give you an understanding of where they are spending their time, how mnay leads they have generated and if they've set any appointments!
Start by going to "reports" in your menu, then click "Agents".
You can filter the data range and campaigns and even export the report. Click on the addition symbol to expand the information on each agent.
Here you can get more information on how many of their calls have been answered, how many leads they have generated, appointments they have set and even how long they have spent on live connected calls!
