Auto-pause is a security measure to avoid abandoned calls and to reduce the wait time. 


Agents can hear an announcement from the dialer stating "Auto-pause activated" once it is activated.


Auto Pause will activate when:

1. An agent misses an incoming calls and the call is abandoned

2. An agent steps away from the dialer/screen or is not paying attention to the screen for long time.

3. The agent is experiencing a network issue calls will not connect.

4. When an outbound call is Abandoned by a contact
