We always value our customers and try to assist you in the best way possible and resolve your concerns with the BatchDialer, but still if you want to cancel for any specific reason. You are requested to follow this document to raise the cancellation request as when you want to cancel we require a cancellation request from your account to be processed by our team.
After you are logged into your account you can click on your USERNAME and then select Settings which will direct you to the Billing page where you can see details of your plan and also cancel or pause your account.
Once you have clicked on the Settings option from your username, you will be directed to the page shown below, where you can click on the CANCEL ACCOUNT button to see the cancellation options.
Once you have clicked on CANCEL ACCOUNT, a pop-up with your billing date will display to confirm again for the cancellation confirmation. If you wish to continue, you will have to click on PROCEED WITH CANCELLATION.
After you have clicked on the PROCEED WITH CANCELLATION you will see the below page. If you want to keep your data and don't want to cancel immediately, you can also click on the PUT SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD button to PAUSE your account. By pausing your account you will be charged only $21 per month for the account and you can resume any time after selecting the subscription plan again. All your Contacts, Campaign, and Reports data will be available till you resume your subscription.
Once you have clicked on PROCEED WITH CANCELLATION button you will see the below screen where you have to select the reason for the cancellation and then write DELETE in the text box and then click on PROCEED WITH CANCELLATION button to complete the cancellation request.
