Audio recordings can be used for your voicemail greeting, for voicemail drops, IVR etc. It's simple to do and you'll use them often!
Start by going to your name in the top right hand corner, then click on "settings". From there go to "Audio Library" on the left.
Click on "Add new recording" in the top right corner. Name your recording and decide if you'll be uploading an audio file from your computer, if you'll record it here with "record audio" or use "text to speech".
In the example image below, the user chose "Record audio" and clicked the red record button, then clicked the stop button when they finished. Once done, click "save".
After it's been successfully saved you can use it for voicemails, IVR and more!
