Q: I need help understanding the Reports page

Here's the use of each feature for the Report Page:
Live: This is where you can see all your agent's activity in real-time.
Recent Contacts: This is where you can select a specific timeframe, Call result and here you can download all your contacts and listen to them.
Campaign: This is where you can see the data of call results per campaign
Agents: This is where you can check your agent's logs and how long they have been working.
Numbers: This is where you can check the data of the DID you are using.
