The feature to add the number to the DNC list in BatchDialer works well when you want to prevent the Dialer not to dialing the number and if you wan to block a particular number for inbound calls as well.
After login into your account being on the dashboard, you will have to navigate to the main menu highlighted below the image and click on Phone System.
Once you click on the DNC link in the menu you will be directed to the DNC page where you can click on the + sign highlighted in the below image and add the number.
You can add the number as shown in the below image and then click on the SAVE button to save the information.
Once you have saved the number, it should display in the list on the top as shown in the below image. The message will also display in the right bottom corner as SUCCESSFUL when the number is saved as a DNC number.
Another way to add the number to DNC is to set the rule under Phone System > Call Results as shown in the below image. You can click on the pencil icon highlighted below on the right side to edit the call result DNC.
Once you click on the pencil sign you will see the properties open for the call result DNC. Here 2 rules highlighted in below works to add the Contact either only the number to the DNC system. Once you have made the changes you can click on SAVE button to apply the rule. Whenever you will select this call result during the call disposition the number will be added to the DNC system.
