Call results are the dispositions that you assign at the end of each call. You may create your own call results, and use them in your campaigns. 

 

To create a call result, please follow the steps given below:

  • On the left side of the screen, click Phone System> Call Results

 

 


 

 

  • On the Call Results page, click on Add  New Call results. 

 

 

  • You may start filling out the attributes

  1. Name the call result. (Eg. DNC, Not Interested, Wrong number)

  2. Select the Number group that you want the call result to be associated with

  3. You may choose a color to be assigned in the call result button. This is what will appear in the disposition box.

  4. Select the campaign that you want the call result to be assigned in.

  5. Select Yes if you want the call result to show up when you create a new campaign.

  6. You may enable the default rules, and create new ones based on your preference:

Do not Redial Contact – will not let the system attempt to call the contact and all of the numbers associated with it again

Do not Redial Number – will not let the system attempt to call the same number again

Add Contact to DNC – the system will automatically add the contact as a whole to the Company DNC list, including all of the phone numbers associated with it. The dropdown beside it dictates how long the contact will be added to the list.

Add Number to DNC – the system will automatically add only the number tagged in the Company DNC list. The dropdown beside it dictates how long the contact will be added to the list.

 

Mark as Lead – system will mark the contact as Lead, and will not try to contact it again. If the call result has this rule, and Zapier integration is in place, the system will send a Zap once a lead has been disposed of the said call result (Eg, Successful Sale). This also triggers sending the lead to Podio.

Send to email – you may set the rule for the system to send an email to your preferred one when you disposed of a call with a call result that has this rule.

Other Rules:

Schedule a Callback – allows the system to set a callback schedule/date for a lead

Send Voicemail – allows the system to set up the Voicemail drop feature in the call result (Eg. Voicemail, Answering Machine)

Add to Campaign – will allow the system to automatically add the call result to a selected campaign

Add to List – will allow the system to automatically add the call result to a selected list.

  1. Save the call results setting.


                                     

 

 

 

Additional Note: Call results can also be grouped which is functional if you are using different dispositions based on the nature of each campaign. To do this click on New Group, name the group then click on the checkmark on the right of the field.

Click on the Plus sign, then select all the dispositions applicable for the group
