Steps to follow when you are getting started with the trial account:
Let’s start with uploading a list.
To start with, go to the left-hand side of the screen and click on Contacts. Now that you have landed on the Contacts Page, there will be a new button that is now active called lists. As a next step, on the top right-hand side of the screen, click on Import Contacts.
Upload your CSV file which has all the contact information. On the mapping section, map all the source fields with the destination fields by clicking on the drop-down and hit next. Finally, name your list, assign it to a campaign or leave it blank, and check the fields if you want to scrub against Mobile numbers, the Federal and Company DNC. The system by default will scrub duplicates and litigator lists. Finally hit Submit to upload your lead list.
It may take a few minutes for the upload to complete, this depends on the number of contacts being added and the speed of your connection. A summary window will appear as soon as it is done, click on OK and we are ready to move to the next step.
Let me show you how to buy phone numbers.
On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the Phone system. Click on Buy DID from the top right-hand corner of the screen.
From the new window, select the state or enter the area code for which you wish to but the phone number from and hit search. This will populate all the available phone numbers. Check the box to select the phone number that you wish to buy and finally hit order now. With the trial account, you can only buy one phone number.
Alternatively, you may opt to add your personal number as a Caller ID, as soon as you get to the phone numbers page instead of clicking on Buy DID, select Add Caller ID.
Fill out the Phone Number and Caller ID name field then click Call Me.
The system will now generate a call to your number and provide a verification code which you need to put in the PIN code field, this is to ensure that the number that will be used is one that you own. You may now click on Confirm then Close.
How to create a campaign:
From the dashboard click on campaigns on the left then click on Create New Campaign on the upper right.
Enter the campaign name, select a dialing mode, the caller id that will be used and hit next.
A summary of the campaign settings will be listed to the right as a guide.
Set your calling hours and select the call results you see fit for your campaign then click next.
In this page you will be asked to add a script if you have one available or if you are just starting up you may also leave it as default and do a personalized one as you move forward.
Click on the Contact List dropdown and select the name of the contact file that was uploaded at the beginning of our setup, then set the name of the agent assigned to make the calls from the dropdown. Click save and we should be ready to do some calls.
Finally, let’s go through the steps on how to go Available.
To go Available, click on the drop-down from the right-hand corner of your screen and select Available. Once you are on Available status you will get a dropdown to ask for the campaign you will work on, click confirm and the system should start dialing your list automatically.
