To request for an account to be canceled please follow these steps:

  • Click on your name.

  • Go to billing.

  • Then “Cancel Account”

  • Next, select the most appropriate reason for the cancellation.

  • Type the word “DELETE” (caps) on the security field.

  • Then click on “Proceed with Cancellation”

  • On the next screen, Click on “Cancel Immediately”

Your request will now be submitted to our account managers for processing, this may take up to 1-3 business days. You will receive an update on the status of the request within the period.
