To request for an account to be canceled please follow these steps:
Click on your name.
Go to billing.
Then “Cancel Account”
Next, select the most appropriate reason for the cancellation.
Type the word “DELETE” (caps) on the security field.
Then click on “Proceed with Cancellation”
On the next screen, Click on “Cancel Immediately”
Your request will now be submitted to our account managers for processing, this may take up to 1-3 business days. You will receive an update on the status of the request within the period.
