There are 2 ways to add a user to the account first is by “Disabling the Admin’s Calling Ability”.

This is used for setups where you need a separate login for your Agent/VA and the administrator is not going to make any calls. To do this:


  • Click on your name

  • Go to Profile

  • Set the Agent Features to Disable

  • Save the changes


  • Go to Users

  • Click on Add New User

  • Select the designation of the user that will be added



  • Fill out the highlighted fieldsset the server location (depending on the user’s physical location selecting the nearest server will allow calls to be routed more smoothly). You may also opt to allow your user permission to edit contact’s information by enabling contact edit access.


**Note: For phone number, if your agent is overseas you can just put any 10 digit number.



The second option applies to an account with 2 or more logins, or if you want to simply add an agent and keep the admins calling ability. To do this:


  • Click on your name

  • Go to Billing

  • Depending on which plan you are on and the number of agents you will add, move the corresponding agent slider to the right.

  • Click on Apply Changes




Now that we have the seats, we can proceed in adding an agent:

  • Go to Users

  • Click on Add New User

  • Select the designation of the user that will be added



  • Fill out the highlighted fieldsset the server location (depending on the user’s physical location selecting the nearest server will allow calls to be routed more smoothly). You may also opt to allow your user permission to edit contact’s information by enabling contact edit access.

Additional user options

  • Agent Statuses- lets you choose which statuses will be available for the availability dropdown.

  • Agent Groups- Allows you to create a grouping for your agents, this allows you to assign groups to campaigns instead of selecting agent names individually.
