To use call transfer we must first set up the “Address Book”, to do this click on your name> settings> address book.

Click on add a new contact and enter the information of the person who will take the transfers.


Now that we have the recipients information on file your call transfer/conference function should be ready. During a call click on the call forward icon.

On the next screen select how you would like to complete the transfer, Blind will immediately forward the call and disconnect the agent while Attended will initiate a conference.

Select the name of the person where you want the call to be forwarded. Press continue to complete the transfer.
