To access the lead score setting click your name, setting then Lead Score.


  • To start click on add rule.

  • Select the customer information you want to score on the first dropdown. 

  • The second dropdown will allow you to choose a validation for the first field. 

  • On the third dropdown, you can decide to add or deduct points based on your criteria. 

  • The last field lets you set how many points will be assigned to the rule.

  • After adding all the categories you need click on save.



You can also use lead scoring to control how your campaign dials by editing the campaign and setting the call order either to dial the leads with the highest or lowest score.
