To set up your Voicemail Click on your name, settings then voicemail then click on Add New Voicemail.


On the box that will open please fill out the Name (name of voicemail) and Email (this is where the messages will be sent to). Select a recording or create a new one. (Click HERE for the guide on creating a recording), then save.



Now that we have created the voicemail we can go to Phone System, Phone Numbers, and edit the number you wish to assign the voicemail to. Set the destination to voicemail and select the name of the voicemail you created from the dropdown. Alternatively, you can select default which will tell your customers that all agents are busy and will be asked to leave a message. Once set click on save and your voicemail is now active.
