How to create a voicemail drop


  1. Go to Phone system > Call result.


  1. Edit the call result you wish to send voicemails from, click on add new rule then select Send Voicemail 


  1. Click on add new then select whether to upload a recorded file in *WAV format, do a live recording or use the systems’ text to speech option.


  1. Save the changes made to the call result and it is all set.



  • Note: Recordings can also be managed by clicking your name settings then audio library
