Steps to set up IVR/Auto Attendant:
To set up IVR please follow the steps given below:
Step 1: On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the Phone system.
Step 2: Now that you have landed on the Phone System Page, you should be able to see some new options available under the Phone System. To set up IVR, again on the left-hand side of the screen and below the Phone System button, there is a new button that is now active called IVR/Auto Attendant as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: As a next step, on the top right-hand side of the screen, click on New IVR.
Step 4: Fill all the attributes.
Name your IVR.
A brief description of the IVR. This field is optional.
Assign campaign to the IVR.
Associate phone numbers to the IVR.
Routing: Decide what the system should do if the inbound call is outside of the working hours or not answered by any agents.
Welcome Prompt: Voice recording to guide the inbound call to reach a particular destination. Finally hit Save.
