Steps to upload a list:


To upload a list please follow the steps given below:


Step 1: On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Contacts.



Step 2: Now that you have landed on the Contacts Page, to upload a list, again on the left-hand side of the screen and below the Contacts button, there is a new button that is now active called Lists as shown in the screenshot below.



Step 3: As a next step, on the top right-hand side of the screen, click on Import Contacts.



Step 4: Next, upload your CSV file which has all the contact information. You can also download a sample file from the top right-hand corner to see the format for the CSV file to be uploaded.



Step 5: Once the CSV is uploaded, the system will direct you to the next section which has some fields like First Name, Last Name, Property and Mailing Address, Phone Numbers, and Email Address for the leads that you are uploading. Match all these fields with the fields from your CSV file and hit on the blue arrow pointing right as shown below.



Step 6: Next, fill in the fields that show up on your screen.

  1. Name your lead list.

  2. You can assign this list to a campaign. But if in case you have no campaigns created in your account you can leave this field blank.

  3. Check the fields if you want to scrub against Federal and Company DNC. The system by default scrub existing, duplicates, and litigator list. Finally hit Submit to upload your lead list.
