Please Note: All plans have access to their Lead Voicemails, but "Team Chat" is only available in Advanced plans
Go to the chat bubble icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. This is where you can chat with your team and also stay up to date on voicemails any contacts have left you.
Under team chat, simply choose who you'd like to chat with, then type and send your message! This is a great way to stay in the loop and if your an admin and change settings you think your team should know about you can fill them in easily!
Under "Leads" you can view and listen to any voicemails your contacts' have left you and your team!
Click on their name to take you to their contact card!
